Wouldn’t it be nice if you woke up in a positive mind with a clear concise picture of what needs to be done in your day/life, segment by segment?
Abraham Hicks from the book Ask And It Is Given describes Segment Intending and defines it as the vibrational characteristics of the time-segment you are moving into. In other words you are setting your vibrational path for an easier and more enjoyable travel into your next segment of your life.
For example, your next segment of your life is making dinner. Before even deciding what to make or what to get, take time out and sit so that you can visualise your next intent. Picture having the nutritious ingredients from mother earth laid out in front of you so that you can make dinner effortlessly and calmly enjoying every moment of preparing the meal that you will feed yourself and your family, knowing that it is nourishing so that it can fuel the body sufficiently. This will allow your vibration to be positive because you have set the intent to be positive.
Try this: -
Before you go to bed tonight be grateful of your day and set your intent for the night to have a peaceful sleep.
The next day as your lying in bed and turning off the alarm that has woken you up from your peaceful sleep, set the next intent for the next segment of your life. Visualise that you’re enjoy doing this and that you do this efficiently saying an affirmation “today is a beautiful day and I have a clear picture of this day”.
Picture yourself getting out of bed and getting ready for the day. Once you get out of bed the next segment of your life has begun.
After that segment is complete, take a minute and positively visualise the next segment and so on.
By the end of the day you will notice a positive change in the day and that your overwhelming feeling has decreased. Practice this everyday and journal how it goes.
